In September 2020, I completed a course in Product Management from General Assembly. In this course I learned Agile best practices, essential concepts and tools needed for an end-to-end PM process, and solving problems for users.

I picked Peloton for my course project.

Problem Statement: Users need a way to workout from home with friends, because they can’t go to a gym and group fitness with friends keeps them motivated.

Hypothesis: I believe that by making group fitness with friends on Peloton then subscribers would feel less overwhelmed and more motivated to workout because they are competing within their own social group opposed to millions of subscribers they don't know.
